Alpha Glycerol Phosphoryl Choline is a cholinergic compound that is used for its cognitive-promoting properties. It may support cellular membranes and aid inn preventing cognitive decline.

Uridine-5-Monophosphate is a nucleotide that is used as a monomer in RNA. In animal studies, Uridine-5-Monophosphate, in combnation with choline and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) was shown to significantly improve performance in running mazes, implying an increased cognitive function.

Phosphatidyl Serine is an amino acid derivative found in high amounts in the brain.
